I'd say $300 - $500. They're always offering $500 on my flights between EWR and PHX. Those rearely leave with any empty seats.

I hear that some of the RJ routes get really oversold (especially Fresno and Burbank), so you may be able to extort more out of them (drink coupons, club passes, etc...). Good luck.
