Guests are not granted arrivals lounge access, only you would get it. When we flew in PE last time they did not automatically pass out fast track passes, but when we asked the FA for two and explained that one of us is Delta PM, he cheerfully gave them to us. My advice: Don't make it the first thing you ask for. Identify an FA who seems friendly and helpful, and make some small talk with them, then ask for the pass later once you are "friends."
