Iberia flights can take a few days to appear (and so too can BA depending on the outstation, up to 4 days). I'd leave it a week before taking further action. The area we know that can cause problem is if on a BA codeshare, BA ticket, IB operator from smaller Spanish airports.
Also on a IB codeshare, BA ticket, BA operated from MAD (not that small).
The level of integration between IAG sister airlines is pretty shocking. I would have thought there should be some easy cost savings, but I guess the systems are a lot more complex than meets the eye...
