I've searched up and down but have not found this, sorry if it's been answered before. What all counts towards lifetime points in the legacy MR system? Is it just base points or do elite bonus, megabonus, those 500 pts you get at check-in etc all count too?

I'm trying to reach 2mm asap, only ~70k to go!
