By ‘portal’ I presume you mean ‘manage my booking’?
Yes, I have done that no problem. Of course you can’t select any seat, economy seats are still to be paid for (also depending on Skywards status) but all ‘standard’ seats can be booked free of charge on a Y Flex ticket.
