I think we need to remember that "Loyalty" means different things to different people. As the OP did not give any details, we can only assume based off the facts that we do know, such as what @
scubaccr mentioned, and the fact that he/she is a "one and done" poster leads us to believe that chances are, the OP's version of "loyalty" is just staying once or twice a year at IHG properties, but probably not often at other properties.
