UGH! I booked economy KIX-DPS last August for upcoming July with DL SM. Have been trying to get a straight answer for weeks re seat assignment. Finally told I must call Indonesia desk and pay for them. I wish DL would have a caveat at point of purchase for these award tix letting us know of charge and complication.
