I'm trying to decide if I want to tempt fate and apply before 60 days to see if I'm hit by this rule or not. The only problem is that I'd use up my last good mailer to do so.
Yeah, after a flood of mailers earlier in the year, I haven't had any personal mailers come in in a couple of months. They did send one of those offers with the 12 digit codes just to taunt me. I just did a shopping portal purchase for an account created in January that hasn't received any offers yet. We'll see if that works.
