First time I had to call the BRG hotline as my initial claim got denied although I still saw the rate for days. Took points as this was a business expense.
In the mean time I had resubmitted the BRG claim in German as I thought maybe only the German office could see the rate. Got also denied.
I was really pleasantly surprised, lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and after 20 minutes of switching browsers and website languages and her trying to pronounce "Auswählen" with a thick Southern accent, approved the claim. ^
