Sorry for the delay Conde.

First, with the water, they gave me a water bottle early in the flight and when I emptied it I just brought it to the galley and they refilled it from the larger ones they had. Never an issue .. though during the longer down/sleep times they didn't "patrol" the cabin like Singapore or some others tend to do. But found that to be minor, I just walked 20 steps.

Korean Air: it was a 2x2x2, and the seat was very uncomfortable. It felt a few degrees off lie flat, was not long enough so that my 6'4" frame had my feet sticking over the end, and the pillow/seat combination was one where if you used the pillow on top of the headrest, it was too much, but the headrest wasn't enough on its own. Also, the Korean Air FAs for wine filled a tiny glass a third full. I don't drink a lot on planes, I like to stay hydrated, but after a long week and a dinner on the plane, it took about 5 fills to have one, normal, real life glass of wine. Couldn't enjoy wine with dinner so to speak. Asked them one to at least fill the tiny glass up more than halfway but didn't happen.

So mainly the seat. But small other things.

For what it's worth, I do not think MU for service is as good as Singapore Air or even China Airlines (through TPE), but the costs can often be such a huge difference. The seat though was so comfortable and I slept so well. So the hard product is better than Singapore in my view, where if you dont get a bulkhead you have to twist a bit to get your legs in the footwell.

Lastly, again, I remind I had no cigarette smoke. That's a deal breaker for me, and was my biggest fear. Hopefully you have none either.
