Agree with Often1 and from what has been posted here there appears to be a wide range of what has gotten the attention of DHS and therefore their agencies. On the surface I’d think this sounds like a relatively minor ticket that shouldn’t be an issue. Beats me what their triggers are but this doesn’t seem like a felony and sounds like a very minor traffic violation.
