Stayed at Chicago Loop/Downtown Centric, no upgrades available (and damn those are some small rooms, smallest I think I've had outside of Manhattan... I'm returning to location next month or two and I'll give Place a try, or use Regency instead).
They upgraded me to a suite at this property last year, and it was a very nice room. Overall I enjoyed the hotel. Great restaurant, great breakfast.
