Hi,

It can vary but likely to be from the B or C gates as it is usually a B744 ( it could potentially be a A10 bus gate). There is 1 A gate that can take a 747 ( A 16 or A17 IIRC) so an A gate is possible but unlikely

I would ask at check in if there is an indicative gate known at that time

From B to C it is around a 5-10min walk via the underground walkway or you could take the train.
