A few Hyatt stays
Started a trip with a stay at Hyatt SFO. Senior rate $74.50. Got the usual Diamond amenities, bottle of wine and cheese, fruit and crackers. Also, the coupons for starters and breakfast coupons. I really miss the RC and the Italian Restaurant, Scalinis.
The next day, on to Boston and spent the night at Hyatt Harborside. This is a regular stop for us. Great harbor view, bottle of wine and breakfast coupons. Senior rate of $132.50.
Next day to LHR and spent the night at the Holiday Inn which I bought on Priceline for $70. Booked this before the announcement of the Churchill.
The next day took the Eurostar to Paris for 4 nights at the Park Hyatt Vendome.
Upgraded to a jr suite. Great hotel, service and food. Used FFN for this stay.
After Paris took the TGV to the South of France and spent a week on a 34' cabin cruiser on the Canal du Midi. Next, off to Italy for a week in an apartment.Next to Lyon for three nights. Hyatt, you need a hotel in this town. While we stayed in what we thought was going to be a 4* luxury hotel, it couldn't hold a candle to any Hyatt properties.
Took the TGV to CDG and spent the night at the Hyatt. Very nice property, Diamond amenities, bottle of wine and candied fruits. RC had free cocktails, etc. and breakfast the next morning. Used a Premoer stay certificate.
From CDG it was back to Boston and spent the night at Hyatt Harborside.
This time paid senior rate of $142.50, probably because it was midweek.
The stay at CDG and Harborside got me the first FFN in the new promotion
After being home for a couple of weeks, went into San Francisco and stayed last Friday night at the Grand Hyatt. Used 1-800-check-in and got upgraded to a small suite. Bottle of Wine and antipasta plate for amenities.
Paid the senior rate of $110.00.
Moderator, I probably have rambled on longer than I should so feel free to edit.
