Hi awoxp. Flying back through PHL instead of ORD would earn you another 100TP as that's 140TP, not 40TP. I'm on aa646 departing 6.50am that gets to PHL at 2.24pm.
AA6129 operated by a BA 747 departs PHL 6.45pm, arrives Heathrow at 6.50am so still good for your connection onto HEL.

For another 40TP you could go from PHL to ORD on aa828 and then aa46 (an American 787) onto LHR. That arrives at 9.05am so good for the minimum connection time of 1 hour for T3-T3 transfers but connections at PHL and LHR are just over an hour each. Not sure on Maximum mileage ticketing rules though on the latter option with the extra stop in ORD.
