I switched to 5F. It's tricky because as a transcon, which leaves at almost 11:00am, the sun will be in front of you for part of the time, behind you for part of the time. And it depends on what flight path, too. Looking at the sun tracker tool it looks like the sun will be behind us for more of the time, so I figure 5F, a bulkhead, will be a little better.
