Only thing to add is if you are a naughty smoker like me you may want to go through normal arrivals as T5 airside is totally non smoking. And strangely enough the only missed connection I’ve had in the last two years at LHR was when I got held up at connections... I’d have been quicker going through arrivals and back upstairs to departures land side and would have made my flight. Your luggage will go all the way if on the same ticket.
