Which one is it and how does it impact the upgrade?

The eUpgrade website shows me as being in PY and an upgrade status of "PS".
Using the "My Bookings" and AC App, shows me in Business but also "Waitlisted for upgrade".

I'd rather call AC with some knowledge beforehand rather than being given potential jibberish from the AC SE line.
Did the potential upgrade happen automatically within the last 24 hours? And were you sent an email? If so, it is quite normal for the upgrade to appear as both confirmed and waitlisted for 24 hours until the system has time to run the batch job (go hamsters go) and it *should* show as a confirmed upgrade tomorrow, with no indication of a waitlist any more.
