Stupid website system, stupid customer service. Shame on Qatar Airways!
The OTP problem at DOH is common. But as often as not it's down to the passenger not enabling his/her phone to accept the message through roaming services.
If you are travelling QR I think the PNR/reference number might be a route open to you.
