New Card Cancelled, What to do now?
I was approved the Amex Platinum about 6 weeks ago, which is my first ever Amex card...
While trying to make my first payment I made a mistake in the routing number and the payment was declined twice.
I made one payment a few days later from my bank account and it went through ok.
A few days later Amex cancelled my account completely.
When talking to them they will not do anything, asking me to fax a letter which I think won't do any good anyway...
Question is what to do now? I can see that I pre qualify for the card on card match, should I wait? Fight with Amex? Or just apply again?
