Oddly, the link to that thread seems to direct me a thread about EU compensation. So not sure what's up with that.
Row 11 is nice if you want the unlimited legroom. However, I actually don't like Row 11, since the immovable armrests make the seats in that row narrower. I usually, if I end up in the back, pick an aisle seat in Row 12 or 13.
