Just to bring some positivity to this thread, I flew on an Endeavor Air flight recently in Comfort+ and then on the way back in first. Both times I observed/experienced the FA doing full PDB service including alcohol. The FA made multiple passes through the cabin with the snack basket and refiling drinks until we turned final. I was quite impressed because this was contrary to the general narrative expressed on FlyerTalk.
