My aunt booked a black car today for pickup at RDU airport. The driver failed to meet & greet at the baggage claim and was, instead, waiting in the car outside. The whole point of this booking was for the driver to meet at the baggage claim and help with luggage. The car company claims construction prevented the driver from doing so and they were unaware until today.

Smells like bull .... but wanted to check with the FT nation before I got in to an argument.

Anyone pass through RDU in the very recent past and have issues with a pickup?
