I contacted Trocadero, and after discussion with 2 staff, have elected to pay 200 Euro to upgrade to Executive Suite. We have 2 small children so occupancy satisfied with sofa bed. It surprises me that I have to work directly with hotel staff instead of being able to upgrade via global reservations. Airlines upsell at every turn, why not hotels? Will post a quick review after our July stay.
I see now they are on Twitter as twitter.com/renleparc. So I could have contacted them easier that way, than syncing up phone calls with staff work shifts.
