I'm sorry you had to suffer the indignity of seeing a mid-60s flight attendant. You should file a complaint, let us know how many skymiles they compensate you with.
I hear you. It was traumatic and I deserve compensation for being forced to endure the results of Delta’s anti age discrimination policies.

I’ve seen plenty of 60-something FAs but they maintain a professional appearance. In fact, I generally prefer an FA who proudly wears their 30-year pin. This particular FA looked like she was working her third consecutive shift and was dragging — every movement looked labored and she she seemed like she’d rather be elsewhere.
