Hey all,

The wife and I have our 10th anniversary coming up next year, and I'm trying to figure out a destination. I have a bunch of AP miles, so I'll be burning a bunch for the trip. The wife has never flown up front, so I want her to have a great experience in either biz of preferably first as part of the trip. It's our first trip away from the kiddos (4 of them ages 0-7), so we're maxing out at 7-9 day total time away, which rules out any major long-hauls if we want to maximize our time. I'm thinking that restricts us to Europe or Latin America.
Anyone have some ideas on some great destinations that I can get there with a solid/top-notch biz/first-class in flight experience with AP miles? If it helps, we enjoy good food, good wine, good culture, and yes, some beach time wouldn't be too bad, but isn't a hard requirement. All ideas welcome. Thanks!
