Every travel agent will have the exact same fare. Due to Singapore's travel regulations, they have to sell according to what fares BA/QF gives them and charge the service fee accordingly as most airlines in SIN haev done away with commissions to T/As. Which also means that you'll be offered the same fare if you are to call the QF/BA res office in Singapore.
Only in Singapore, where consolidators' fares are listed as publoished fares.
You might do better by booking directly on BA/QF's website and thereby avoiding the service fee. Oh, hang on.. sorry, you can't book on BA's Singapore website if you're based elsewhere other than Singapore.. but you can book on QF's.

are showing excellent O Class Special fares to Australia, these are definately either Special (i.e. Consolidator) or ITX fares. I have sent an email to them and have not received a response. I am particularly interested in the GV4 fare of SGD725 to SYD (I want to take my Indonesian family members for a trip to Australia). Just wondering if anybody has a contact in Singapore who could shed some light........
