I see this as a good thing. The FA took an initiative to possibky avert a drunk passenger situation. The FA doesn’t know how much more the passenger will ask for an how the passenger will behave of the passenger continues to drink.

Experiences vary person to oerson but I would wish that someone would slow me down if I had 5 drinks in about 2 hours. That would not be a very good thing for me.
