Check-in at your first airport will not be able to print the BP until the seat is paid. In this case I always just tell them I don’t need that seat any more. They never manage to shift it out of the system and end up waiving the charge. They cannot force you to pay and if they refuse you a boarding pass it isan expensive denied boarding from them. TAP has become really CRAP.
