Fair enough.
Although ..... whenever I have cause to call the QRPC dedicated line (I’m not actually a member, so have to ignore the bit where I’m asked for my QRPC membership number ....... I simply say I hold OW Emerald and have never been ‘rejected’) to discuss any issues re flights already booked online, I do find the staff to be (mostly) efficient / helpful.
