I’d certainly second the view that BAEC is a better / more useful FFP.

As for the “QR customer service isn’t great” line ....... Hmm.

At least the OP need have no such service-related concerns when flying with, or interacting with, BA - where customer service is of course always top notch. As evidenced by so many of the threads & posts which appear here daily
