It's 25 miles per hotel I review (at least for the ones I did review, not sure if there are some hotels that I would get more miles for reviewing), and yes it's 4 hotels/mo. I did not make it very clear, but it is 100mi/mo for hotel reviews. I guess one could get more by writing other reviews.
