Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience getting Nexus card.
- I applied online and paid the feel
- Received conditional approval
- Booked interview online
- Had interview, did eye scan, fingerprints and picture
Now when I login it shows back to conditional approval and looks like it did before I booked my interview (i have the option to book again). I have called and was told that the american side still has my applicatin pending, but not sure how i could be back to conditional approval after my interview.
Anyone had anything similar? Thanks
