I made a rsv before I had the ffn award post to my account. I spoke to GP CS and explained the situation to them, and they said np switching it later. I called regular rsv today, and they said no dice. Award and FFN come from different buckets, and the proprty in question (Tokyo PH) has neither available. I'm calling GP on Monday, but any advice on this ? Thanks !

PS Another complication is that the points are from my acct. with the ffn from my wife's. This was also explained to the GP CS.
