This is what we did and I think after they respond [hopefully with a reset] then I will do what gfunk suggested
They are not that great, frankly. It took me a couple of back-and-forths before they got it right. And it took a couple of days to respond initially, and only then after I sent another message saying if they didn’t respond, I was deleting the app and going to Lyft.
