No... Effectively they have two agents sitting under two screens, one saying "Economy" and one saying "Club". There used to be some sort of barrier to allow two lines to form, but they don't even do that anymore it seems. They announce "Group 1 only" at first, but it makes absolutely no difference and they don't send people back.

That being said, boarding at DUS is usually very efficient!
