This SA-5/12 at PHX I held an Advantage car rental reservation. Upon arriving at the central car rental facility at 8:45 a.m. I could not believe my eyes:
There was line of some 30 people with two (!) agents working extremely slow the counter. I figured it would take me up to two hours to get my car.
I ended up reserving a car on the spot with Thrifty and was out in 10 minutes.
Upon returning same afternoon the line at Advantage was still insanely long.
Overall this seemed not to be an extraordinary busy day at PHX, as all other rentals counters showed no or very short lines of customers.

Not sure, if this business as usual for Advantage, but looks like a total breakdown of their operations in PHX.
