Great presentation, great combination of textures.

Main option: Roulad?! Amazing taste. Sauce really lifted the dish


Marketing concept: The sonic flight
So together with food there are specail headphones with pre-recorded mp3 with "natural sounds to enhance taste". Did it work? Not sure it changed the taste, but it was an atmospheric experience, that's for sure.


Cheese: Locally source (china)
The green mould cheese had really a bite to it. Very intense and lovely. Dried peach (I think) was very good.
