I have stopped memorizing people at the reception or at the restaurants, the turnover is so high and it is unlikely to see the same person twice.
You do end up seeing the staff members again though at other luxury properties in town. The exception is Jay at Edo, who has been there for several years now.
I could not have written better comments lately about this property. Things have definitely taken a turn for the worse.
