If I may be so bold, I can highly recommend a helicopter trip over Grand Canyon. It's a little bit on the expensive side, but I found it a breathtaking experience, worth every penny!
Hiking in Red Rock Mountains is also a cool experience, if you fancy a break from all the heavy celebrations you are likely to engage in while in Vegas

Sounds like you have planned your pre-departure activities very well. Make sure you tell the crew it is your first First AND your honeymoon, and they will take excellent care of you
