ah ok i expect the comment was a guess, then.
I work for one of the publications that appear in many airports and certain airlines.

Free copies are not added in to ABC circ figures (some are shown separately).
Paid for copies generally are.
Bulk copies such as airports aren’t the same price as in the newsagents however they are still higher than cost price.
Daily Mail have a huge ABC circ figure, as expected.
