HUH? Isn't the published cutoff T-10 for domestic flights?
In any case, the OP was at the gate and ready to board in the first instance by T-15, which is definitely not later than the cutoff. When the door was already closed at T-15, clearly the GA offloaded the OP and closed the flight early.
