If you focus almost all of your 80 stays on one program, you should be able to get access to a lounge. In Marriott, once you stay 50 nights a year, you'll be a plat in the new program which gives you lounge access (its the equivalent of the old gold). I'm a Hilton Diamond through a match but don't have as much experience in the Hilton program to understand lounge access there. But 20 nights in each of four programs won't help.
