I would have used ET's website too, but couldn't get through as the loading page kept cycling even though the reference number was correct (and it was recognized... I just couldn't get through to the seat selection).

The YYZ email link was fantastic... They replied within minutes of my request, and their posted working hours hadn't even started yet. ^
