In addition to calling, we can now use the Ethiopian Airlines (EA) website to select a seat assignment if we have the EA reservation code. That EA code was available on the United Airlines website by clicking on “additional reservation codes” on the reservation page. After clicking on the “manage reservation” link on the EA website, the reservation appeared, and a red box at the top left of that page permitted us to add or modify seats on the EA flights. It was easy.
