First Wing is fantastic. I like that they will take your outsized baggage for you rather than you moving it to the outsize desk yourself.
F Lounges are actually very good I think.
Access to OWE lounges also a fantastic perk. Particularly some of the CX and QF offerings around the world.
Extra redemption seats.
Gold Priority Rewards is a wonderful benefit when you need to use it (force open a revenue seat with Double Avios).
In general I do find that BA treat you a bit better as a good.
The very occasional Op-up.
Getting the best seats and often having one next to you empty in Y.
Extra bags comes in handy for me when skiing.
