For me it is bulkhead seats on Long haul in WT+ (I don't fly business). Superb Cathay 1st lounges in HKG, next week the JAL 1st class at HND. Once a month in LGW 1st for a meal before the 21.30 back to GLA. Small things but they all mount up.
