Here is a cookie recipe:

Corn Flakes Cookie Recipe

1 cup sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups corn flakes (measure before crushing)
½ cup chopped nuts

 cream sugar and butter
 sift flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar
add to sugar/butter mixture
 mix in crushed corn flakes, vanilla, and nuts
 roll into small quarter size balls and press down
on an ungreased cookie sheet spaced well as
cookies will spread out
 bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes
 remove cookies from pan with a spatula
these cookies will freeze well (if there are any left over!)
