Ok...Arrivals lounge and shower facilities are for paid F or C, as well as XF and XC, which are considered "paid" instead of upgraded. NF can also use the as it is paid C, with an upgrade to F, but NC cannot as it is considered a coach fare and coach fares do not qualify for the arrivals loung.

That being said, if they do not follow the written policy, that is their mistake, but the arrivals lounge policy is not for coach fares, nor star gold, nor 1k, or even GS, unless they are arriving intl in paid C or F or XF/XC.
