I agree with the time it takes to get from the gate to the carousel but cannot support the comment about luggage arrival time. It has been very slow every time I have checked bags. They provide a time by which they expect all bags to be delivered and it seems that it is often after time that they start to arrive. It should be noted that as well as it taking little time to walk there it really shouldn’t take that long for the bags to arrive either. The plane is literally outside the baggage claim area.
